Dr Li-e Liu is a professor in School of Public Health, Zhengzhou University. She has mainly focused on Micronutrients and health，Food safety and food hygiene，and research and development of biosensor of high throughput, high sensitivity and rapid detection. Dr Liu obtained Bachelor's degree from Zhengzhou University in 1988, and then Master's degree and PhD degrees in civil engineering from Zhengzhou University in 1991and 2013, respectively.
