Dr Fang Zhou is a Professor of Occupational Health and Occupational Medicine, also a scientific and technological innovation talents of  universities in Henan Province, young and middle-aged backbone teachers in Henan Province, member of Carcinogenic Committee of China Environmental Mutagen Society, member of Occupational Health and Occupational Disease Committee of Henan Preventive Medicine Association.

Zhou has been committed to professional teaching and scientific research for a long time. She has completed a number of projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Scientific and Technological Innovation Talent Support Program for universities in Henan Province, the Natural Science Foundation of Henan Province and horizontal cooperation. She has published more than 70 papers in academic journals, participated in the compilation of officially published textbooks and 8 academic monographs.

Zhou has won 2 national invention patents, 1 first prize, 2 second prize of Scientific and Technological Achievements of Provincial Education Department, 2 Third prize of Scientific and Technological Progress of Henan Province, 1 second prize of Wu Zhizhong Occupational Medicine Award Fund, and 5 excellent paper Awards of Natural Science.
