Dr. Fangfang Yu is the associate professor and master's supervisor of College of Public Health, Zhengzhou University. He is also the member of Kashin-Beck disease professional group of Chinese medical association endemic diseases branch, the member of fourth environmental health professional committee of Henan preventive medical association. He has mainly focused on the pathogenesis of bone and cartilage injury, environmental factors and endemic diseases, biological function and application of trace elements, and bioinformatics analysis. He has presided over 6 projects including National natural science foundation youth project, China postdoctoral science foundation project, Science and technology program of Henan province, and National health commission key laboratory open project. He has published 27 SCI papers with the first author/corresponding author. He was appointed as guest associate editor of Nutrients, Frontiers in Genetics, Frontiers in Surgery. He also won the Outstanding youth award of the three special committee of the Chinese society of environmental mutagen, the second prize of the science and technology progress award of Henan province, the third prize of science and technology progress of Shaanxi province, the top ten science popularization works of the Central Plains in 2022, and the Excellent science popularization works of Henan province.
