基本介绍

毛振兴,1988年出生,医学博士,教授,博士生导师,公共卫生学院副院长,第26届河南青年五四奖章获得者,河南省杰出青年基金获得者,河南省中原青年拔尖人才,河南省高层次人才,河南省高校科技创新人才,河南省青年骨干教师,河南省省级样板党支部书记。主持国家重点研发计划重点专项课题/子课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目等国家级课题4项、中国博后课题2项、省级及其他课题13项。近三年,以第一/通讯作者在Journal of Hazardous Materials、International Journal of Epidemiology、Environment International等发表论文40余篇,其中高被引论文和热点论文2篇。获省部级科学技术进步奖“贰等奖”2项,厅级科技成果“壹等奖”3项;厅级优秀科技论文奖“壹等奖”1项。参编教材及学术专著7部。Eco-Environment&Health杂志Handling Editor、《环境与职业医学》杂志青年编委、《医学动物防制》编委。中国环境诱变剂学会致癌专业委员会常务委员、中国毒理学会免疫毒理专业委员会常务委员、中国健康管理协会标准化与评价分会理事、中国毒理学会青年委员、中华预防医学会甲状腺疾病防治专业委员会委员、中国环境诱变剂学会致突变专业委员会青年委员、河南省临床流行病学与循证医学专业委员会委员。

(1)环境与健康:从设计精细的人群多途径、多时点的前瞻性研究入手,分析环境和生物样本中的环境污染物(农药、PAHs、PCBs、PBDEs等)含量、分布特征和时间变化趋势,阐明其生物累积特性,明确人群暴露的主要途径,提出准确的人群暴露评估方法;通过队列随访明确环境污染物暴露对代谢性疾病发生的关联和剂量效应关系;分析环境污染物暴露对体内性激素水平的影响,明确其潜在的内分泌干扰效应,初步探明环境污染物暴露对代谢性疾病的作用及可能机制;结合体内、体外实验模拟人体真实暴露场景,明确环境污染物暴露对机体代谢性疾病及其相应靶器官结构和功能的影响,探明对代谢性疾病作用的相关通路基因和蛋白表达改变情况,阐明环境污染物暴露对代谢性疾病作用的分子机制。整合人群流行病学和动物实验数据,基于传统危险因素和环境危险因素,构建和优化慢性代谢性疾病发病风险评估模型,实验个体化诊疗和精准预防。

(2)重大代谢性疾病风险评估:中医与预防医学及暴露组学、基因组学、代谢学等多组学相结合,通过人工智能、深度学习等数据挖掘技术,应用成熟可靠的中医健康状态辨析的方法与技术,将中医指标与暴露组学、基因组等多组学及传统危险因素相结合,建立心脑血管疾病等重大慢病的风险评估和预警模型。将四诊信息、症状体征、生化指标、气象信息等因素,通过聚类分析、人工神经网络、支持向量机、决策树等数据挖掘技术,构建心脑血管疾病中医风险评估和预警模型,建立个体化的疾病风险评估系统,为心脑血管疾病发病和复发加重风险的预测提供了新的思路和方法。

(3)皮肤表面脂质组学基础与应用研究。基于脂质组学研究不同年龄、不同部位、不同皮肤类型皮肤表面的脂质成分,以及长期使用洗涤剂对皮肤表面脂质的影响。为探索皮肤问题发生机制及皮肤屏障功能保护提供参考依据。
