一、基本介绍
何磊良,男,郑州大学公共卫生学院、教授、博士生导师,河南省青年骨干教师、临床医学优秀青年人才。主要从事肿瘤液体活检及单细胞分析的应用研究;主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项、青年项目1项,省级及其他项目8项;以第一作者/通讯作者在Chemical Society Reviews, ACS Sensors, Analytical Chemistry, Biomacromolecules, Biosensors and Bioelectronics等发表论文20余篇;授权发明专利10余项。
研究领域描述:肿瘤液体活检作为一种微创诊断技术,能检测肿瘤释放到血液等液体中的生物标志物,对肿瘤的辅助诊断和治疗监测具有重要意义。同时考虑到单细胞水平上原位监测生物标志物在时间与空间上的变化,能更精确地探索标志物表达水平与细胞功能之间的关联。因此,以功能核酸构建及生物分析应用为基础,主要研究方向为:(1)肿瘤液体活检新技术研发及应用;(2)单细胞分析及调控。
