王佳,女,1983年出生,博士学历,讲师,硕士研究生导师。主要研究方向为:色谱质谱联用技术在食品安全、环境分析中的应用研究;基于色谱质谱联用技术平台的代谢分析技术(代谢组学和脂质组学)在慢性非传染性疾病生物标志物的筛选领域的应用。

5.个人研究领域

质谱分析:色谱质谱联用分析技术在营养、食品卫生和环境分析领域的应用。基于高分辨质谱的性能与特点,进行食品中非法添加剂、药物残留及环境样品中污染物等筛查。

代谢组学:利用液质联用技术对分子量1500以下的小分子代谢物进行定性和定量分析,目前学院拥有Waters TQD和Waters UPLC/UPCC VION IMS- QTOF MS质谱仪,主要进行非靶向/靶向代谢组学分析和脂质组学分析,及基于质谱的化合物结构鉴定。
